Responsibility
- Lead and manage all phases of building construction projects, from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution and resolve technical challenges.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and design specifications.
- Identify and mitigate risks, including delays, cost overruns, and quality issues, through proactive problem-solving.
- Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and performance metrics.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and local authorities to ensure smooth project delivery and regulatory compliance.
- Promote sustainable construction practices and innovation to enhance project outcomes and environmental responsibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in building construction, with a focus on high-rise and low-rise projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects in Bali or Indonesia.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) is required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and deliver results under pressure.
