Bosh Engineering is seeking a dynamic and experienced M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of high-impact construction projects in Bali’s thriving infrastructure sector. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless project delivery, adherence to safety standards, and client satisfaction in one of Indonesia’s most rapidly developing regions.
As an M&E Project Manager, you will oversee the technical and operational aspects of mechanical and electrical systems, from design to completion. Your expertise will drive efficiency, innovation, and compliance with local and international regulations. Based in Badung, Bali, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to deliver world-class construction solutions in areas like Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, or Kuta.

Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end planning, scheduling, and execution of M&E construction projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to integrate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems seamlessly.
- Oversee procurement, material sourcing, and vendor negotiations to optimize costs and quality.
- Ensure strict compliance with Indonesian building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and progress reporting to stakeholders.
- Resolve technical challenges and conflicts, providing innovative solutions to maintain project momentum.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and as-built drawings.
- Foster strong client relationships through transparent communication and exceptional service delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Civil Engineering (or related field).
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in M&E project management within the construction industry, preferably in Southeast Asia.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale MEP projects from inception to handover.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and international standards (e.g., NFPA, IEC).
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- PMP, PE, or other relevant certifications are highly advantageous.
