Responsibility
- Supervise the installation, maintenance, and repair of irrigation systems for golf courses, resorts, and luxury landscapes in Bali.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and local regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers, landscape architects, and clients to deliver high-quality irrigation solutions.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to identify irrigation needs and recommend improvements.
- Manage a team of technicians and laborers, providing training and guidance as needed.
- Monitor water usage and implement water-saving technologies to promote sustainability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to irrigation systems, pumps, controllers, and sensors.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials used, and system performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in irrigation system installation, maintenance, or supervision, preferably in golf courses or large-scale landscapes.
- Strong knowledge of irrigation design, hydraulics, and water management principles.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Experience with irrigation controllers, pumps, valves, and sensors (e.g., Rain Bird, Hunter, Toro).
- Familiarity with local regulations and best practices for water conservation in tropical climates.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to train and mentor staff.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Valid driverās license and willingness to travel between project sites in Bali.
