Responsibility
- Lead field-based site scouting and identification of potential retail locations in Bali.
- Conduct negotiations with property owners, landlords, and local authorities to secure favorable terms.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
- Evaluate site feasibility, including zoning, accessibility, and market potential.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on site acquisition progress and recommendations.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to facilitate site acquisition processes.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies throughout the acquisition process.
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify strategic opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in site acquisition, real estate, or property management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven track record in securing property deals and managing field-based operations.
- Familiarity with local regulations, zoning laws, and market dynamics in Bali.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Bali and work in a field-based capacity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
