We are seeking a Senior Project Planner with Primavera P6 expertise to lead the scheduling and execution of high-impact construction projects across Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
In this critical role, you will develop, monitor, and optimize project timelines to ensure on-time delivery while maintaining cost efficiency and compliance with international standards. Your expertise in Primavera P6 will drive strategic decision-making, risk mitigation, and resource allocation for prestigious projects that shape Bali’s future.
This is a contract-based opportunity for professionals who thrive in dynamic environments and are passionate about delivering excellence in construction project management. Fluency in English is mandatory, and prior experience in international construction firms is highly advantageous.
Responsibility
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, including baseline schedules, progress updates, and critical path analysis.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align schedules with contractual obligations and milestones.
- Conduct risk assessments and scenario modeling to identify potential delays and propose mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project progress, analyze variances, and generate comprehensive reports for senior management and clients.
- Optimize resource allocation (labor, equipment, materials) to enhance efficiency and reduce project costs.
- Ensure compliance with international construction standards (e.g., ASTM, ISO) and local regulations.
- Lead schedule coordination meetings and present updates to cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Integrate BIM (Building Information Modeling) data with scheduling tools where applicable.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in project planning for large-scale construction projects, with 3+ years in Primavera P6.
- Proven track record of managing schedules for projects valued at $10M+ in infrastructure, commercial, or industrial sectors.
- Strong proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables).
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Mandarin or Indonesian is beneficial.
- Certifications such as PMI-SP (Scheduling Professional) or Primavera P6 Professional are highly desired.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to liaise with multicultural teams.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, international construction environment.
