Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of Ombak KLCC, ensuring smooth service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of hospitality professionals to maintain high service standards.
- Monitor inventory, manage supplies, and coordinate with vendors to ensure seamless operations.
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive experience for all visitors.
- Implement and enforce company policies, health, and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving service quality and efficiency.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Assist in event planning and execution, ensuring all logistics are managed effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the hospitality industry.
