Responsibility
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems, including transportation logistics and plumbing infrastructure.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to optimize system performance and longevity.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
- Prepare and present technical reports, budgets, and project updates to senior management.
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical issues and provide innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven expertise in transportation logistics and plumbing systems.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Familiarity with Indonesian building codes and safety regulations.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with strong communication skills.
