Responsibility

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly volume targets for the Modern Trade channel.
  • Manage and cultivate strong relationships with key account stakeholders and retail partners in the Semarang area.
  • Expand product distribution coverage and ensure optimal shelf share within assigned Modern Trade outlets.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to provide actionable insights for management.
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of Account Executives to ensure peak performance and adherence to company standards.
  • Oversee the flawless execution of trade marketing programs and promotional activities at the point of sale.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and performance forecasts to support strategic planning and inventory management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of professional experience in FMCG or Retail Sales, specifically within Modern Trade (MT) channels.
  • Strong leadership capability with experience in managing a field sales or execution team.
  • Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills, with proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with sales data, KPIs, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Deep understanding of the Semarang retail market landscape and distribution network.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region as required by business operations.
