Responsibility

  • Actively prospect for new clients and generate leads within the designated sales territory, focusing on businesses that require material handling equipment.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key decision-makers through regular communication and site visits.
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations of forklift models and related services to potential and existing clients.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, bespoke proposals, and robust contracts for clients, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant.
  • Stay thoroughly updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments within the forklift and industrial equipment sector.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including service and delivery, to ensure a seamless customer experience and maximal satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the industrial equipment, automotive, or heavy machinery sectors.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of progressive sales experience, demonstrating consistent achievement of sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, customer service best practices, and dynamic market trends.
