Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily floor operations to ensure smooth service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Mandarin-speaking guests, addressing inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism.
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to uphold service standards and cultural sensitivity in guest interactions.
- Monitor and resolve guest complaints or issues promptly, escalating when necessary to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., housekeeping, kitchen, front desk) to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Conduct regular floor inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with brand and operational standards.
- Assist in inventory management, including tracking supplies and coordinating with procurement for restocking.
- Prepare shift reports and provide feedback to management on operational improvements or guest trends.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within hospitality (hotels, resorts, or fine dining).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a guest-centric approach.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, in a high-pressure environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems, reservation software, and basic Microsoft Office tools.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a talent for building rapport with guests and team members.
- Knowledge of luxury service standards and cultural nuances in hospitality (preferred).
