Responsibility
- Supervise daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
- Manage tax reporting and ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and statutory requirements.
- Monitor cash flow, handle bank reconciliations, and optimize working capital management.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and variance analysis for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to streamline procurement and inventory accounting workflows.
- Mentor and guide the finance team to ensure high performance and professional development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional certification like CPA/ACCA is a plus).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proficiency in financial software (ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or Accurate) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian Accounting Standards (PSAK) and Taxation (PPh, PPN).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information professionally.
