Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the Control & Instrumentation (C&I) team to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards.
- Oversee the maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of control systems, instrumentation, and automation equipment.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime and optimize performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring seamless plant operations.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Train and mentor team members to enhance technical skills and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Monitor and analyze system performance data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for equipment upgrades, repairs, and installations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in control and instrumentation, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of PLC, SCADA, DCS, and industrial automation systems.
- Proven experience in troubleshooting and maintaining control systems in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., ISO, OSHA) and safety protocols.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Certification in control systems or instrumentation (e.g., ISA, TÜV) is a plus.
