Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules, procedures, and quality control measures.
- Conduct regular inspections to monitor performance and address any issues promptly.
- Train and mentor team members on best practices, safety protocols, and equipment usage.
- Coordinate with management to ensure cleaning operations align with business needs and guest expectations.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Maintain records of cleaning activities, incidents, and staff performance.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within cleaning services or hospitality.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
