Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly, professional, and attentive approach.
- Take and accurately relay food and beverage orders to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve meals and drinks promptly and efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including table settings, condiments, and service stations.
- Handle cash and electronic payments accurately and provide receipts as needed.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including setup, restocking, and cleanup.
- Address guest complaints or special requests with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (hotel, restaurant, or café).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
