Responsibility
- Lead the analysis and optimization of business processes, workflows, and SOPs to enhance operational efficiency.
- Oversee supply chain operations, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions to improve performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and develop actionable insights.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Conduct root cause analysis for operational inefficiencies and propose corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all business processes.
- Train and mentor junior analysts and team members on best practices in business analysis.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or supply chain management.
- Proven experience in leading teams and managing projects in a retail or consumer products environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with process mapping, workflow optimization, and SOP development.
- Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
- Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP) or supply chain management is a plus.
