Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting clients with inquiries, product selection, and purchases.
- Oversee daily station operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and transaction processing.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive upselling and promotional strategies.
- Manage inventory control, including stock replenishment, merchandising, and loss prevention.
- Coordinate delivery logistics for customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health/safety regulations, and cash-handling protocols.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail space.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally, escalating when necessary to resolve conflicts.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or customer service roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages a plus).
- Proven ability to handle cash transactions accurately and use POS systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business or related fields is advantageous.
