Responsibility
- Accurately pack and label jewellery items according to company standards and customer orders.
- Ensure all orders are dispatched correctly and on time to logistics partners.
- Inspect jewellery items for quality and completeness before packaging.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting discrepancies.
- Handle delicate and high-value items with care to prevent damage during packaging.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly packaging targets.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor to support operational needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in retail or logistics is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for handling small, delicate items.
- Basic computer skills for order processing and inventory tracking.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
- Flexibility to work part-time hours, including weekends or peak seasons if required.
