Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service, assisting clients with inquiries, purchases, and returns.
- Manage daily station operations, including opening/closing procedures and inventory control.
- Process cash and digital transactions accurately while maintaining financial records.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure timely product deliveries.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.
- Train and supervise personnel to uphold company standards and service quality.
- Ensure compliance with retail policies, health/safety regulations, and local laws.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate issues as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service roles.
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proven ability to handle cash, POS systems, and basic financial reporting.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelorâs degree in business/retail is advantageous.
- Team player with leadership potential and a problem-solving mindset.
- Familiarity with inventory management software and retail KPIs.
