Responsibility
- Participate in a comprehensive training program covering all aspects of retail store management.
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth business flow.
- Lead and motivate floor staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock receiving, ordering, and strategic merchandising.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, including safety standards and loss prevention protocols.
- Handle Point of Sale (POS) operations and ensure accurate daily cash reconciliation.
- Monitor store cleanliness and organizational standards to enhance the shopping experience.
- Prepare operational reports and provide feedback on staff performance and customer trends.
Qualifications
- Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Retail Management, or any related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as intensive training will be provided.
- Strong leadership potential with the ability to manage and influence a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Willingness to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a high level of integrity.
- Candidates residing near Taman Chai Leng or Perai are preferred.
