Responsibility
- Assist in overseeing daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and customer service standards.
- Support the Store Supervisor in leading and motivating a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and operational KPIs.
- Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory counts, and ensure product availability to meet customer demand.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement promotional activities, merchandising strategies, and store layouts.
- Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements to enhance store performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational best practices at all times.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 1-2 years of experience in retail, customer service, or a leadership role (part-time or full-time).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.
- Basic understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and sales principles.
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by store operations.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills (MS Office, POS systems) and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
