Responsibility
- Assist in daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Support the store manager in supervising and training staff to ensure high performance.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment and merchandising.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer inquiries or complaints.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational standards.
- Assist in achieving sales targets and promoting in-store promotions.
- Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance leadership and operational skills.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly store environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with retail management systems.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
