Responsibility
- Monitor and evaluate the sell-out performance of sales consultants to ensure targets are met.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to provide strategic recommendations for product placement and promotions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Conduct regular product training sessions for sales consultants to enhance their product knowledge and selling techniques.
- Liaise with retail partners to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and retail standards.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials and sales tools to support product launches.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in retail sales, product consulting, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the retail and consumer goods industry is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned regions as needed.
