Responsibility
- Assist in daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Support the store supervisor in training and mentoring junior staff to ensure high performance and customer service standards.
- Monitor sales performance and contribute to achieving store targets through effective merchandising and promotional strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
- Assist in conducting regular stock checks and coordinating with the warehouse for replenishment.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and leadership skills.
- Contribute to creating a positive and motivating work environment for all team members.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service environment (preferred but not required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques.
- Proficient in using POS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
