Responsibility

  • Assist in daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
  • Support the store supervisor in training and mentoring junior staff to ensure high performance and customer service standards.
  • Monitor sales performance and contribute to achieving store targets through effective merchandising and promotional strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
  • Assist in conducting regular stock checks and coordinating with the warehouse for replenishment.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and leadership skills.
  • Contribute to creating a positive and motivating work environment for all team members.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service environment (preferred but not required).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques.
  • Proficient in using POS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
