As a Supervisor Apprentice, you will work closely with experienced managers to learn the ins and outs of retail operations, inventory management, and team leadership. Responsibility
- Assist in daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Support the store supervisor in leading and motivating the team to achieve sales targets and customer service goals.
- Learn and apply retail best practices in merchandising, visual presentation, and stock replenishment.
- Assist in training and onboarding new team members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Monitor store performance metrics and contribute to strategies for improvement.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Participate in regular training sessions and development programs to enhance leadership and operational skills.

Qualifications
- Minimum SPM/O-Level or equivalent qualification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for customer service.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with retail POS systems is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges with a proactive attitude.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Malaysian citizenship or valid work permit.
