As an apprentice, you will work closely with experienced Store Managers to master the art of retail execution, team coordination, and customer excellence. You will gain exposure to inventory management, sales reporting, and store merchandising strategies that drive business success. Responsibility
- Assist in daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and inventory management.
- Support the Store Manager in supervising floor staff to ensure operational efficiency.
- Monitor sales targets and implement strategies to achieve monthly KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with company standards regarding merchandising, cleanliness, and safety.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve complex customer inquiries.
- Analyze stock reports and coordinate with the supply chain team for timely replenishment.
- Participate in staff training sessions and performance briefing meetings.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree holder in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Strong leadership potential with the ability to influence and guide a team.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Malay, or Chinese.
- Must be willing to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
