Responsibility
- Assist the Store Supervisor in daily store operations and workflow management.
- Oversee inventory levels, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve shopper inquiries efficiently.
- Support the training and supervision of store team members to ensure performance targets are met.
- Monitor and enforce health, safety, and operational protocols within the store premises.
- Analyze sales reports and identify opportunities to improve store performance and efficiency.
- Handle cash management, daily reporting, and documentation tasks accurately.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Business Studies, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply; prior retail experience is a plus.
- Strong leadership potential with a 'can-do' attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and/or Mandarin.
- Ability to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Possess a genuine interest in building a career path within the retail management sector.
