Responsibility
- Participate in structured on-the-job training modules covering store operations and management.
- Assist the Store Supervisor in managing daily floor activities and workflow.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service and expert product knowledge.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock shelves, and maintain attractive visual merchandising displays.
- Learn to handle cash register operations and maintain accurate sales records.
- Support the team in achieving daily store targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards according to MR.DIY brand guidelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; Diploma/Degree holders are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly motivated, reliable, and possessing a 'can-do' attitude.
- Capable of performing physically active tasks including standing for extended periods and lifting inventory.
- Basic proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an added advantage but not required.
