As an SAP Apprentice, you will gain a 360-degree view of our retail business model, learning the intricacies of store management, inventory excellence, and world-class customer service. You will work alongside seasoned professionals to drive efficiency, maximize sales performance, and ensure that our 'Always Low Prices' promise is consistently delivered to our customers. Responsibility
- Shadow store managers to learn daily operational workflows, store opening/closing procedures, and shift management.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment, display merchandising, and quality control.
- Drive store performance by assisting in sales target attainment and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Provide exemplary customer service, resolving inquiries and managing customer feedback effectively.
- Ensure compliance with company safety standards, visual merchandising guidelines, and operational SOPs.
- Lead and motivate junior team members to maintain high levels of productivity and workplace morale.
- Participate in periodic training modules and performance evaluations to progress within the program.
Qualifications
- Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or any related field.
- Fresh graduates with a strong passion for the retail industry are highly encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse customer groups.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Willingness to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays as per retail requirements.
- Proactive team player with a strong sense of responsibility and leadership potential.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to speak additional languages is an added advantage.
