MR.DIY is currently seeking motivated and ambitious individuals to join our Supervisor Apprentice Program (SAP) in Pondok Upih, Penang. As an apprentice, you will receive hands-on training in store management, inventory control, team leadership, and customer service excellence. You will work closely with experienced store supervisors and managers to understand the operational heartbeat of our stores. Responsibility
- Participate in comprehensive retail operations training to master store standards.
- Assist the Store Supervisor in daily management duties including stock replenishment and merchandising.
- Oversee team performance and provide guidance to floor staff to ensure productivity targets are met.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to maintain brand reputation.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team for timely stock deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with company safety, health, and operational protocols at all times.
- Prepare daily sales reports and perform administrative tasks to support store operations.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or any related field.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; prior experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
- Strong leadership potential with a 'can-do' attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Excellent communication skills in Malay and English.
- Must be willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Energetic, disciplined, and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office).
