Responsibility
- Manage and supervise daily floor operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Oversee a team of retail assistants, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure all shelves are consistently stocked, organized, and meet visual merchandising standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement department for stock replenishment.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or inquiries promptly to maintain high service standards.
- Enforce strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene protocols across the store floor.
- Analyze daily sales reports and implement strategies to achieve monthly branch targets.
- Conduct regular audits and stocktakes to minimize shrinkage and ensure inventory accuracy.
Qualifications
- Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the retail or FMCG sector.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a proven track record of managing diverse teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with retail POS systems and basic inventory management software.
