This fast-track program is designed to develop the next generation of retail leaders through intensive on-the-job training, operational exposure, and leadership coaching.
As an SAP participant, you will gain hands-on experience in store operations, merchandising excellence, inventory management, and team leadership. We provide a structured learning environment where you will transition from trainee to supervisor, ensuring you have the skills necessary to drive store performance and provide an exceptional customer experience. Responsibility
- Assist the Store Manager in daily retail store operations and ensure adherence to company SOPs.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment, display organization, and regular stock takes.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer inquiries or complaints effectively.
- Train and guide store staff to maintain high standards of productivity and professionalism.
- Monitor sales targets and implement strategies to boost store performance and customer traffic.
- Ensure the store environment remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety and health regulations.
- Support administrative tasks, including scheduling, reporting, and cash management duties.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or any relevant field.
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply; prior retail or service industry experience is a plus.
- Strong leadership potential with the ability to motivate and work well within a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and/or local dialects.
- Willingness to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays as per the retail schedule.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced retail environment.
