Responsibility
- Assist in daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory control
- Supervise and mentor junior staff while maintaining high service standards
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets
- Conduct regular stock checks and coordinate with warehouse teams for replenishment
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and visual merchandising guidelines
- Participate in training programs and contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales, inventory, and team performance
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields
- Minimum 1 year of retail or customer service experience (fresh graduates with strong leadership potential are encouraged to apply)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Basic computer literacy (POS systems, Microsoft Office)
- Passion for home improvement products and customer service
- Willingness to relocate to Bali (if not currently based there)
