Responsibility

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets in the Bali region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, distributors, and key accounts.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and consumer trends.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide insights to enhance market positioning.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any customer concerns promptly.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG or retail industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
