Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to strengthen relationships with key clients and expand market share.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and product teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions tailored to client demands.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and implement training programs to enhance team productivity.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with key accounts to maximize profitability while maintaining long-term partnerships.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports on sales performance, forecasts, and account health to senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to build brand visibility and credibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in key account management or sales leadership within the retail or consumer goods industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing high-value client portfolios.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, market trends, and financial reports.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local language skills are advantageous.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
