Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of retail associates to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with supply chain teams, and ensure product availability.
- Train, coach, and mentor staff to enhance their product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally to maintain a positive brand image.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, retail standards, and health/safety regulations.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a retail sales or supervisory role, preferably in consumer goods or FMCG.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent customer service orientation with the ability to resolve conflicts diplomatically.
- Proficiency in inventory management, POS systems, and basic Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word).
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) is a must.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by retail operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
