Responsibility
- Drive sales of Dreame Technologyâs products by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending tailored solutions.
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a seamless and positive shopping experience from inquiry to purchase.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and in-store promotions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on the features and benefits of Dreameâs innovative offerings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute in-store and digital campaigns, including social media promotions and email outreach.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and inventory levels using CRM and POS systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market demands to provide informed recommendations.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
