Responsibility
- Assist in daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service.
- Support the store manager in supervising and training staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
- Monitor sales performance and contribute to achieving store targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.
- Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance leadership and operational skills.
- Assist in conducting regular stock checks and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Promote a positive and collaborative work environment among team members.
Qualifications
