Responsibility
- Assist in daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service.
- Support the store supervisor in training and guiding team members to ensure high performance.
- Monitor sales targets and contribute to achieving store KPIs.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Participate in stock replenishment and ensure product availability.
- Assist in maintaining store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
- Learn and apply company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the team to create a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of retail operations or customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems is an advantage.
