Responsibility

  • Assist in daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service.
  • Support the store supervisor in training and guiding team members to ensure high performance.
  • Monitor sales targets and contribute to achieving store KPIs.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
  • Participate in stock replenishment and ensure product availability.
  • Assist in maintaining store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
  • Learn and apply company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with the team to create a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of retail operations or customer service.
