Responsibility
- Assist in daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service.
- Support the store supervisor in training and mentoring team members to ensure high performance.
- Monitor sales performance and contribute to achieving store targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance leadership and operational skills.
- Assist in conducting stock checks and managing inventory levels.
- Collaborate with the team to create a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with retail management systems.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
