Responsibility

  • Assist in daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service.
  • Support the store supervisor in training and mentoring team members to ensure high performance.
  • Monitor sales performance and contribute to achieving store targets.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance leadership and operational skills.
  • Assist in conducting stock checks and managing inventory levels.

Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
