Responsibility
- Assist in daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service.
- Support the store manager in supervising and training store staff to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
- Learn and apply retail best practices, including sales techniques, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
- Assist in monitoring store performance metrics and contributing to achieving sales targets.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop leadership and management skills.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer inquiries or complaints professionally.
- Collaborate with the store team to maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly store environment.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of retail operations and customer service principles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with retail management software is a plus.
