Responsibility
- Assist in daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Support the supervision of store staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and customer service standards.
- Participate in training programs to develop leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Monitor sales performance and contribute to achieving store targets through effective team coordination.
- Assist in resolving customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement promotional campaigns and visual merchandising strategies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment in compliance with company guidelines.
- Prepare reports and analyze data to identify opportunities for operational improvements.
Qualifications
