Responsibility
- Assist in daily store operations to ensure smooth workflow and high productivity.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer inquiries or complaints effectively.
- Supervise junior staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and safety standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, execute stock replenishment, and oversee visual merchandising standards.
- Support the store manager in daily administrative tasks, reporting, and shift scheduling.
- Execute promotional activities and ensure store cleanliness and organization.
- Maintain loss prevention standards to minimize stock shrinkage.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies, Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply; prior retail experience is a plus.
- Strong leadership potential with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Willingness to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
