Responsibility
- Participate in comprehensive on-the-job training covering all aspects of store operations.
- Assist the Store Manager in daily tasks, including inventory control, merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Supervise frontline team members, providing guidance and fostering a culture of excellence.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and implement strategies to achieve store targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve complex customer inquiries or complaints.
- Manage stock replenishment schedules and ensure high product availability on the sales floor.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; prior retail experience is a plus.
- Strong leadership potential with a results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rotating shifts (including weekends and public holidays).
