This intensive program is designed to transform high-potential individuals into future retail leaders by providing hands-on experience, mentorship, and a clear pathway for professional growth within the company.
As an Apprentice, you will immerse yourself in every facet of our retail operations—from inventory management and visual merchandising to team leadership and customer experience excellence. We believe in nurturing talent from within, and this program serves as the primary gateway for motivated candidates who are eager to master the art of retail supervision and contribute to our ongoing success.
Responsibility
- Shadow store supervisors to learn daily operational workflows and store opening/closing procedures.
- Assist in managing inventory levels, stock replenishment, and conducting regular stock counts.
- Support the team in ensuring optimal visual merchandising standards to drive sales performance.
- Provide exemplary customer service, resolving inquiries and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Participate in team briefings and assist in training new part-time staff members.
- Monitor sales targets and contribute ideas to enhance store productivity and efficiency.
- Ensure strict adherence to company safety, security, and hygiene protocols.
Qualifications
- Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in any field (Retail Management or Business studies are a plus).
- Fresh graduates with a strong passion for a career in retail are highly encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customer profiles.
- Demonstrate a proactive "can-do" attitude and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a focus on delivering results.
- Basic proficiency in computer literacy and inventory management concepts.
