Responsibility
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily retail operations to ensure seamless store performance.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock shelves, and maintain store merchandising standards.
- Lead, motivate, and train frontline team members to achieve daily sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to enhance brand loyalty.
- Prepare daily sales reports and perform accurate cash handling and end-of-day reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with all company safety, security, and operational policies.
- Participate in store promotional activities and support local marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in any field (Retail Management, Business Administration, or related fields are preferred).
- Fresh graduates with a strong passion for retail management are highly encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia/Mandarin.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a result-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work on a rotational shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Adaptable, quick to learn, and capable of working in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is considered an advantage but not mandatory.
