Responsibility
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations at the Bloomsvale outlet.
- Learn and execute inventory control, shelf replenishment, and stock management protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle customer inquiries or feedback professionally.
- Supervise and mentor retail staff to ensure high standards of performance and productivity.
- Maintain optimal store cleanliness and merchandising displays to maximize sales.
- Support in handling store administrative tasks, including shift scheduling and reporting.
- Ensure strict adherence to company safety, health, and loss prevention policies.
Qualifications
- Possess at least a Diploma in Business Studies, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply; prior retail experience is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Ability to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving.
- Demonstrates leadership potential and a proactive attitude toward learning.
- Physically fit to handle store-related operational tasks.
