Responsibility
- Assist in daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.
- Support the Store Supervisor in inventory control, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve on-floor inquiries effectively.
- Supervise junior staff members to ensure productivity and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) systems, cash handling, and end-of-day reconciliation.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Participate in regular leadership training sessions and performance assessments.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Retail Operations, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with a strong passion for retail management are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to converse in additional languages is a plus.
- Willingness to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays as per retail requirements.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to handle high-pressure situations in a busy retail environment.
