Responsibility
- Assist customers with inquiries, purchases, and product information.
- Move, assemble, and arrange furniture and other store items to maintain an organized and appealing store layout.
- Ensure the store is clean, tidy, and well-maintained at all times.
- Stock and replenish merchandise as needed to keep the store fully stocked.
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Participate in inventory counts and assist with stock management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or experience in retail is a plus.
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving furniture.
