Responsibility
- Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth workflow, efficiency, and adherence to company policies.
- Monitor and achieve financial targets, including sales, revenue, and expense management.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the branch team to deliver exceptional customer service and operational performance.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, health, safety, and company standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve branch productivity, customer satisfaction, and staff engagement.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, training, and development programs for staff.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and supply chain logistics to meet demand and minimize waste.
- Prepare and present reports on branch performance, challenges, and opportunities to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, branch supervision, or a similar leadership role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and operational targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of local market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape in Bali.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
