Responsibility
- Participate in comprehensive on-the-job training covering all aspects of retail store operations.
- Assist the Store Supervisor in managing daily store activities, including opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
- Supervise frontline staff to ensure operational standards and company policies are met.
- Monitor stock levels, execute replenishment tasks, and maintain efficient inventory control.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer inquiries or complaints effectively.
- Support the implementation of promotional activities and visual merchandising standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment for both customers and staff.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or any related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in retail or customer service is an added advantage.
- Strong leadership potential with a genuine desire to learn and grow within the retail industry.
- Excellent communication skills in Malay, English, and/or Mandarin are preferred.
- Ability to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Possess a proactive problem-solving mindset and the ability to work under pressure.
